“The devotees enthusiastically worshiped the Buddha, bathed the Buddha, and lit the lamps. They wished the country eternal prosperity, happiness and prosperity of the people through patriotism, love of religion, and appreciation of the country. These are beautiful, wonderful, and heart-touching wishes.”

Reverend encouraged Buddhists to put the teachings of the Dharma into practice in their daily lives, use actions to move more people to have kind thoughts and do more charitable acts, and accomplish deeds with people from everywhere as well as form good relationships with everyone so that the society filled with warmth, joy, positive energy and positive forces of unity and progress. With this, the country’s development will be on the right track.

Reverend also encouraged Dharma protectors to uphold the Buddhist concepts of compassion, wisdom, and equality, and treat all sentient beings with compassion, because Buddhism and compassion advocate that “universal kindness and universal compassion to all” know no borders. In addition, the Buddhist concept of “harmonious and tolerant / harmony without dispute” is based on the spirit of compassion, and Buddhist teachings are closely related to harmony, peace, and amity.

“An individual with compassion, kindness, and softness in his heart can use gentle, soft words and behaviours to please own self and others, thus achieving a peaceful and non-violent world. Our society and the country will have healthy development on this basis, and everyone can work together to achieve national prosperity and resilient citizens. We should also pray for world peace, national prosperity and tranquillity, favourable weather, and good health for the general public.”
